Print Howard Hodgkin Howard Hodgkin Prints by Liesbeth Heenk, An internationally acclaimed painter, Howard Hodgkin is also a major and highly original maker of prints. This is the first ever comprehensive survey and catologue raisonne of Hodgkin's prints--more than 140 works made since 1953. An interview with the artist reveals his attitudes toward printmaking as an altogether different process from painting: neither medium is used to imitate the other, nor do they reflect on each other.
